Personal training—with a plan

A plan you can actually live.

Rally does not sell random workouts by the hour. Capability Coaching starts with your goals, training history, schedule, constraints, and current capacity, then connects personal training, independent work, recovery, nutrition, and accountability into one practical path.

  • Free Rally Readiness Assessment and an honest starting point
  • Personalized strength and endurance programming
  • Fully remote, weekly, or twice-weekly hands-on support
  • Recovery, consistency, and real-life schedule planning

Rally Ready member app

Your coaching plan, right where you need it.

Rally Ready helps you carry the plan into everyday life. Open it to see your assigned workout and a few priorities for the day, record a quick check-in, and make time for restoration.

Progress follows your goal: your coach can feature a performance benchmark for an endurance block, while body measures and seven-day weight trends remain available when useful.

What coaching can include

Four connected areas.

The emphasis changes with your mission. The program is not a fixed template, and not every client needs equal attention in every area.

01

Strength

Useful movement, progressive resistance, tissue durability, and confidence under load.

02

Endurance

Aerobic development, event preparation, sustainable volume, and pacing that fits your experience.

03

Nutrition & body composition

Individual calorie budgets, protein targets, food-log review, ordinary food choices, and trend-based adjustments for fat loss, maintenance, or lean gain.

04

Recovery & accountability

Sleep, stress, consistency, weekly reflection, and small course corrections before problems compound.

Adaptive progress

Measure. Adjust. Keep moving.

A starting estimate is only a starting point. Coaching uses real observations over time—performance, recovery, consistency, rolling weight averages when relevant, and waist trends—to guide small, deliberate adjustments.

1. Establish the missionDefine what success means in this season.
2. Set the first doseBegin with a reasonable amount of training and support.
3. Track useful signalsLook at trends rather than reacting to one noisy day.
4. Titrate and repeatMake the smallest useful change, then give it time to work.

A clear boundary

Personalized coaching without pretending to practice medicine.

Rally can estimate and adjust calorie budgets, set protein targets, review food logs, explain energy balance, and coach ordinary food and fueling decisions. Rally does not diagnose disease, alter medications, or present nutrition coaching as medical treatment. Clients whose medical conditions materially complicate nutrition management can involve their physician or registered dietitian as appropriate.

The goal is not to win one perfect week. It is to become more capable across many ordinary ones.
